Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Member Lifecycle

Job Overview

We are building a global leading prevention‑insurance company. The role focuses on building the Member Lifecycle platform that serves over 1M members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Build a global onboarding platform serving 1M+ members.
• Develop smart automation for major life events (adding family members, retirement, company transitions) to reduce friction.
• Create innovative self‑service solutions that reduce operational costs and improve member satisfaction.
• Design efficient systems and engineering practices across multiple teams and products.
• Mentor other engineers and lead an engineering crew.
• Contribute to hiring and shaping the technical assessment process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (minimum 2 years at a professional level).
• Strong knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming with Python, Java, C#, or similar.
• Experience with modern JavaScript and web technologies; willingness to work with Python and JavaScript.
• Passion for building products and a self‑starting, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Collaboration and team‑work orientation.
• Fluency in English; speaking French is a plus.
• Ability to handle high‑impact and high‑risk projects involving many engineers.
