Overview
Join our Support Area to build smart customer service products for 1M+ members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Implement new conversational experiences, working cross‑functionally with engineering, data, and insurance teams.
- Scale systems from 1M to 10M members.
- Influence system architecture and maintain high code quality.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the engineering culture; participate in hiring and interview loops.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Engineer or similar role.
- Strong background in software engineering and systems architecture; preferably backend focused.
- Experience with traditional ML, LLMs, or voice AI systems is a plus.
- Product‑mindset: design solutions that are member‑centric and impactful.
- Self‑directed, pragmatic, and collaborative.
- Fluent in English.
Location & Remote Work
Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain. Remote work flexibility is offered, though in‑person collaboration is valued.
