Fullstack Software Engineer - Mo team (AI Health Companion)

Overview

We’re building Mo—a highly intelligent, multimodal conversational AI assistant that can prescribe, triage and proactively follow up on care. Mo will provide instant, 24/7 access to personalized medical expertise through chat, voice or video.

About the role

Product Engineers with over three years of experience who are excited about cutting‑edge AI systems and real‑world, high‑stakes healthcare problems. You will work at the intersection of product, ML and medical expertise, building the most accurate and reliable medical agent in the world while delivering an outstanding conversational experience.

Responsibilities

• Work at the frontier of LLMs, multi‑agent architectures and human‑in‑the‑loop learning; see your work deployed in production.
• Implement new capabilities for Mo across engineering, data and medical expertise.
• Own product use cases and ensure they help members get and stay better.
• Contribute to system architecture and code quality; mentor engineers and shape the engineering culture.
• Help grow the team: participate in hiring, interview loops and team building.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in systems architecture.
• Experience with traditional ML, LLMs or ML DevOps is a plus.
• Product‑mindset: solutions must be usable and impactful.
• Self‑directed, pragmatic, driven and hard‑working.
• Humble and open to growth.
• Collaborative, enthusiastic about learning, teaching and teamwork.
• Fluent in English.
• Ex‑founders typically a good fit.
