Fullstack Engineer — Create Health Tech, Zero-to-One

Alan is hiring across France to build Prévenir, a new occupational health service, inside a fast-growing healthtech. You’ll work with doctors, nurses, product designers and other engineers to create AI-first medical software and the customer setup tools for HRs.

We value zero-to-one thinking, product-minded execution and bias for action. Strong React, Python/Flask and PostgreSQL skills are essential, with French language a plus and Paris-based collaboration encouraged.
