Fullstack Engineer - AI-Driven Care Experience

Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner, combining insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience. You will work in the Support Area to deliver delightful, scalable customer service with AI-assisted workflows.

You will collaborate with a team of engineers, product managers, and care experts to route, surface context, and draft replies. The stack includes React, Python/Flask, and PostgreSQL in a monorepo.
