Join us at Entrust – we’re shaping the future of identity‑centric security solutions and enabling secure digital payment services worldwide. Our Paris team is developing a new web application for the Entrust Instant Financial Issuance solution and requires a full‑stack engineer to contribute to its design and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, deploy, debug, and implement Java/Spring Boot software applications and services.
- Apply Agile (Scrum) methodology to track progress and enforce project standards.
- Apply secure development life cycle principles, threat modeling, and web application security assessments.
- Participate in requirements definition, documentation, and code reviews.
- Estimate work for the team by defining task breakdown, project duration, and concurrent effort.
- Assist in production escalation and problem resolution.
- Develop and maintain automation and CI/CD environments.
- Function independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the team.
- Identify opportunities to drive innovation, accelerate product launches, and remove bottlenecks.
Core Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent technology discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with basic HTML and CSS.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with Java and Python backend development.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
- Experience with agile methodologies and toolsets.
- Understanding of business objects, layered design, data access objects, and design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with SaaS development and deployment.
- Experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a process‑oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Experience in an SDLC environment.
- Experience developing commercial or external software products.
