Fullstack Developer – Geospatial & Satellite Imaging

Our client, a leading organization in the defense and aerospace sector, is looking for a specialist to develop a new object detection system for satellite imagery. This role focuses on the end-to-end creation of scalable web applications within a specialized development team.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Design and maintain robust backend APIs to support complex system functionalities.
• Optimize application performance through advanced caching and query optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery.
• Define and structure the technical foundations for large-scale, evolvable architectures.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python and FastAPI.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in frontend development using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• You possess experience in data management with PostgreSQL.
• You have experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools including Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• You're experienced in testing and quality using pytest and Cypress.
• You possess the ability to design robust and scalable system architectures.
• You're autonomous, proactive, and demonstrate a high capacity for collaboration.
• You are fluent in French and English.
