Job Description & Qualification

INSEAD invites applications for full-time, tenured or tenure-track faculty positions in the Accounting & Control Area, to begin in September 2026. We are recruiting at all levels. We will consider applications for either our Fontainebleau or Singapore campuses. If you have a campus preference, please state this in your cover letter.

We are seeking individuals with high levels of achievement and/or outstanding promise in research and teaching. Applications are welcome from PhD students in accounting or related fields. INSEAD will attend the EAA Talent Workshop in Madrid in November 2025 and will conduct first-round interviews at that time. Full-time faculty position is either tenured or tenure track. Decisions about incoming status and promotion are based on performance, principally in research and teaching. INSEAD salaries are competitive with those of the top US schools; research support and annual teaching loads are comparable.
