Your Missions

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling our core applications and internal tools. Your daily challenges will include:

• Feature Delivery: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to implementation of robust front-end and back-end features.

• Architecture & APIs: Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, secure, and easily‑maintainable REST APIs .

• Performance Optimization: Audit and optimize existing applications to ensure maximum speed, responsiveness, and infrastructure scalability.

• Quality Assurance: Write clean, readable code backed by comprehensive Unit and Integration tests (using Pytest, Jest, etc.).

• DevOps & Deployment: Continuous integration and deployment of applications to test and production environments.

• Technical Excellence: Maintain system reliability by troubleshooting, debugging, and preparing crystal‑clear technical documentation.

ProfileProblem Solver: You have a strong analytical mind, sharp attention to detail, and a rigorous approach to writing clean code.Growth Mindset: You are passionate about learning, driven by technical challenges, and always look for ways to optimize existing systems.Team Player & Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to explain complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Autonomous & Agile: You enjoy the energy of a fast-growing environment where proactivity, ownership, and bringing new ideas to the table are highly valued.Technical RequirementsEducation: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Full Stack Software Engineering.Core Languages: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (Object‑Oriented or Functional programming).Frameworks: Hands‑on experience with at least one major Back‑end framework (Django, Flask) and one Front‑end framework (React.js, Vue.js).Environment & Tools: Comfort working with Linux OS, bash scripting, and containerization tools (Docker / Docker‑Compose).Testing: Familiarity with modern testing frameworks (Pytest, Unittest, Jest).Languages: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) to thrive in our multicultural ecosystem. Nice to have: Knowledge of Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, Apache, or Nginx.
