As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to help build the product and infrastructure layers that connect advanced AI systems with real-world use.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience building scalable, production‑ready applications across web, mobile, cloud, and AI‑enabled platforms.
In this role, you will design and develop the interfaces, services, and infrastructure that allow healthcare professionals to interact with AI‑powered software systems. You will work across user‑facing applications, backend services, cloud infrastructure, and third‑party system integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable full‑stack applications that connect AI services with user‑facing dashboards and operational workflows
- Develop robust web and mobile experiences that support seamless user journeys across platforms
- Partner with AI and machine learning teams to transform research prototypes into production‑grade software
- Build backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and microservices that power intelligent product features
- Integrate software with external enterprise platforms and third‑party systems
- Contribute to architecture, infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and scalability initiatives
What We’re Looking for:
- Industry experience in full‑stack engineering, software engineering, platform engineering, or a related field
- Experience building modern frontend applications, ideally using React
- Strong backend engineering capabilities, including API development, databases, data modelling, and service‑oriented architectures
- Experience building scalable products that connect sophisticated backend systems with intuitive user interfaces
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerisation, and deployment of production systems
- Familiarity with distributed systems, data pipelines, or microservice architectures
- Understanding of mobile application development and cross‑platform products
- Experience integrating software with enterprise systems and external platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively with AI/ML engineers, product teams, and stakeholder
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environments
Nice to have
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience working within regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, fintech, or enterprise software
- Experience with interoperability, systems integration, or enterprise environments
- Exposure to video, imaging, real‑time data processing, or large‑scale data systems
- Experience with cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps
- Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance requirements in regulated sectors.
