Context

PRESUME is an innovative start-up project aiming to transform medical prevention and early disease detection. We are developing a software solution capable of identifying early-stage pathologies through subtle signals within electronic health records. Utilizing routine data (lab results, prescriptions, medical notes), PRESUME provides a local analysis engine to healthcare institutions—no data extraction or external collection required.

PRESUME is now entering an active development phase through the Inria Startup Studio program. We are looking for a rigorous and creative full-stack developer eager to contribute to a meaningful project at the intersection of public health and digital innovation.

Assignment

As a full-stack developer on the PRESUME team, you will contribute to the design and development of our early detection software, supporting the delivery of a robust, secure, maintainable, and scalable solution for healthcare use.

Main activities

  • Design, develop, and maintain the Presume web application (frontend and backend)
  • Contribute to the technical and functional roadmap with clinicians and statisticians
  • Ensure interoperability with hospital information systems
  • Develop, test, and document software components
  • Support deployment and product industrialization
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards for quality, security, traceability, and performance

Skills

  • Experience developing web applications or software
  • Proven experience with database management systems
  • Ability to design secure, interoperable technical solutions
  • Basic understanding of networking
  • Familiarity with managing sensitive data and GDPR compliance
