About the role
The Operations Solutions team delivers software applications used throughout the HID organization targeting the industrialization and production management of HID products, covering all product lines and various aspects of the production processes such as provisioning, labeling, packaging, reporting, and traceability management. These solutions are deployed across HID sites, suppliers, and contract manufacturer production sites worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Work as a full‑stack developer in an agile team environment.
- Take ownership of the ongoing development of web applications and services using the latest .NET technologies.
- Work predominantly with C#, .NET Core, GRPC, WCF, VueJS and gain strong exposure to AWS Cloud Services.
- Implement all aspects of application design – coding, error logging, debugging, performance, scalability, code reviews, development environment configuration, and testing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in C#.
- Solid experience in backend engineering.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, DynamoDB, S3).
- Familiarity with Vue.js.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
