Full-Stack Developer

• Contribute to front-end and back-end development
• Design and develop new features, including an ESG management dashboard, a sustainability report editor, and an ESG scoring system
• Integrate external APIs
• Continuously improve UX/UI and contribute to the product roadmap
• Implement data analysis modules, including KPI calculations, benchmarking, and visualization
• Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of the product architecture
• Conduct R&D on AI/ML projects, including automated data extraction and ESG performance prediction
• Work directly with the founders and users
• Own projects end to end with autonomy and accountability

Requirements

• Strong command of web development (JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or an equivalent back-end language)
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Technical curiosity and eagerness to learn quickly
• Strong autonomy and enthusiasm for startup environments
• Interest in ESG, sustainability, or tech for good (a strong plus, but not required)
