Full Stack AI Engineer

This role is primarily on-site (5 days per week) occasional flexibility as needed

We're working with an exciting early-stage, Paris-based startup that's building an AI-powered documentation and decision intelligence platform for factories. The company is looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer to help shape both the product and engineering culture from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship production‑grade features across the full stack
• Develop scalable applications using Python and Next.js (TypeScript)
• Work closely with AI engineers to integrate agentic and AI‑powered capabilities
• Build intuitive user experiences for complex industrial workflows
• Contribute to architecture, product direction, and technical strategy
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and innovation

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial experience building and shipping products to production
• Excellent proficiency in TypeScript and Python
• Experience developing full‑stack applications in modern web frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP experience advantageous)
• A product‑focused mindset with a bias towards execution
• Interest in working with AI‑native development workflows and emerging agent technologies
• Someone excited by the challenges and opportunities of joining a founding engineering team
