Fulfillment Strategy & Ops - Professional Services Lead

Bigblue is seeking a Consulting director to design and lead a new Professional Services program that helps brands optimize delivery, support, and demand planning. You will build the function from the ground up, defining offerings, pricing and execution frameworks across Europe.

The role requires 5+ years in a high-growth consulting environment, strong ownership, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and operations teams.
