As an EU Fulfillment Specialist, you will serve as a core execution role in the regional fulfillment system. You will liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to support order fulfillment and inventory circulation across both retail and e-commerce channels, ensuring the delivery timeliness and service experience for customers and retail stores across Europe, and providing efficiency support from the fulfillment side to drive regional business growth.
Responsibilities
- Fulfillment Process Execution: Liaise with 3PL providers to handle full-process daily fulfillment issues, track order fulfillment status, respond to fulfillment anomalies in a timely manner, ensure on-time delivery of orders for retail stores and end customers, and maintain high fulfillment accuracy and on-time delivery rate.
- Inventory & Warehouse Operations Management: Assist in following up the inbound process from China and the regional central RDC to local warehouses, take charge of inventory data verification, cycle count execution, and reporting and follow-up of inventory discrepancies to guarantee the accuracy and availability of inventory data.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Cooperate with the Retail, Merchandising, and Finance teams to provide fulfillment-side support for new product launches, stock allocations, and replenishment cycles, align fulfillment requirements from all teams, and synchronize fulfillment progress in a timely manner.
- Operational Data Reporting: Regularly compile core operational KPIs including fulfillment rate, dispatch timelines, inventory accuracy, and warehouse costs, generate data reports to submit to supervisors, and provide data support for operational optimization.
- Compliance & Project Support: Assist in implementing POP MART policies, health & safety regulations, and local operational standards, and participate in fulfillment-side support for projects such as warehouse layout optimization, system upgrades (ERP/WMS), new store openings, and seasonal peak campaigns.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in logistics/fulfillment operations, with prior experience in multi-site logistics operations across Europe being a plus.
- Hands-on experience in fulfillment and inventory control across both retail and e-commerce channels, with 3PL liaison experience being preferred.
- Proficient in using WMS systems, with basic capabilities in data statistics and report generation, able to identify operational issues through data analysis.
- Possess cross-functional communication skills, capable of collaborating efficiently with teams including Merchandising, Finance, and Retail Operations.
- Familiar with local logistics operational rules and compliance requirements in Europe, with basic problem-solving skills to respond to fulfillment anomalies rapidly.
- Available for short-distance business trips to local warehouses as required by work.
- Fluent in English as a working language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior working experience with systems like NetSuite or SAP is preferred.
- Mandarin language skills to support communication with Chinese suppliers and partners are a plus. xzewmjt
