Job Summary
Customer Fulfillment Analyst – responsible for delivering premium customer service and serving as the key interface between Mattel and customers/channels for order and delivery processing. The role supports the central Order Management team and contributes to inventory management, fulfillment, and the sales‑to‑cash process.
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer orders and deliveries.
- Manage inventory allocation and product availability.
- Communicate with customers about stock levels and delivery status.
- Work with Order Management teams to resolve order and credit issues.
- Coordinate with warehouses and transportation teams to solve shipping problems.
- Support Finance with claims, credit notes, and customer account issues.
- Analyze KPIs such as fill rate and order performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.
- Escalate and resolve operational problems when necessary.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Order Management, Operations, or Supply Chain, preferably in a fast‑paced/seasonal environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Experience in supply‑chain roles with a solid understanding of Supply‑Chain Management principles.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, functions); experience with Cognos/ Tableau and SQL queries is advantageous.
- Desirable experience with AS400 ERP.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Problem‑solving mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Proactive team player with intercultural awareness and a customer‑centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple customer needs while meeting sales expectations.
- Capability to build relationships with external customers and adjust service for non‑key customers.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity.
Benefits and Compensation
- Annual gross salary between EUR 41 280 – EUR 49 020.
- Variable remuneration: participation in the Mattel Incentive Plan (MIP) with a target of 5 % of the base salary; amount based on company and individual performance.
- Paid leave: 2.5 days per month + pro‑rated RTT days + compensated public holidays.
