Fuel Cell Assembly Technician
As part of its ambition to decarbonise air mobility, H3 Dynamics is looking for a Fuel Cell Assembly Technician to participate in the manufacturing of H3 Dynamics’s open cathode fuel cell stack products.
About the Role
Responsible for assembling fuel cell stacks using manual and semi-automated processes.
Handle and prepare materials, components, and subassemblies.
Follow detailed assembly procedures, drawings and specifications.
Perform in-process inspections and quality checks during assembly and ensure adherence to safety, quality and environmental procedures.
Use digital tools to track and validate production steps.
Collaborate with production and design engineers to resolve assembly issues and suggest improvements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following industrial hygiene practices.
Support inventory management and data entry.
Requirements
Technical diploma or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Fuel cell or battery assembly is a plus.
Basic understanding of fuel cell technology or electrochemical systems is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
A good level in English comprehension would be appreciated.
