Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Collaborate with our product and design teams to implement user-friendly and visually appealing web applications using React.js.
• UI/UX Design Integration: Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional and responsive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards. Perform code reviews and participate in code refactoring when necessary.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure fast and responsive web applications.
• Testing: Implement unit testing and integration testing to maintain code quality and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, QA engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation for code, processes, and system architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-4 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Mobx.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of modern frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Responsive design skills and experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS or LESS).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Passion for travel and a user-centric mindset is a plus.
