Role

As Front Office Manager, you are responsible for Reception, Concierge and Customer Relations services. You will oversee the reception and stay of guests, with the ultimate goal of ensuring their loyalty. You will be the main point of contact for guests. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of each guest's reception and stay in line with the values and standards of the Hotel COMO Le Beauvallon.


Duties and responsibilities

· Define the objectives of your teams in agreement with the General Manager

· Plan, budget, compose and welcome your teams

· Supervise the reception, concierge and customer relations services

· Lead, motivate and drive team dynamics

· Organise team activities with a view to achieving set objectives

· Maintain and develop employees' skills, supporting them in their professional development

· Participate in projects to optimise the organisation of activities (processes, tools, information

systems, etc.) or in cross-functional assignments

· Create a climate of trust and high standards within the teams

· Cooperate with the network of internal and external partners

· Ensure that staff behaviour and dress code comply with the establishment's standards.

· Be the first point of contact to assist customers in emergency situations

· Pass on information to all departments to resolve any customer issues.

· Adhere to the budget and cash management requirements related to the operations of your

departments.

· Supervise the proper follow-up of customer complaints and their resolution.

· Supervise the analysis of customer satisfaction surveys.

· Represent our values on a daily basis.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and procedures.

· Represent management at all times.
