Your Contributions

• Perform Guest check-ins and check-outs at the hotel in compliance with procedures and protocols.
• Inform Guests about the contents of their reservation package and provide guidance on organizing their stay.
• Guide and support Guests in the lobby, answer all their questions and enhance their experience throughout the Resort.
• Show initiative by offering alternative solutions, such as restaurant reservations, closed pools or redirections.
• Carry out upselling actions, including proposing room upgrades, breakfast options and more.
• Create personalized interactions with our Guests in line with your hotel’s theme and exceed their expectations.

Your Strengths

You are energetic, friendly and curious.

Passionate about hospitality and Guest relations, you can remain calm and considerate in all circumstances.

Empathetic and solution-oriented, you can handle complex situations with professionalism.

Previous front desk experience of at least one year would be a plus.

You have strong proficiency in French (C1 level), English (B2 level), and a third European language (B1 level).

You understand that schedule flexibility is required, including weekdays and weekends, daytime and nighttime shifts, and you enjoy working as part of a team.
