In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating social media content in French, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your work will help foster a safe and engaging online environment for the French-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate social media content in French to ensure it aligns with community standards and company policies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in French.
• Identify and elevate inappropriate or harmful content according to company protocols.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to improve content moderation processes and community engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, moderation guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation policies.
