Tableview is seeking a bilingual Client Success professional to manage a portfolio of 80–120 French-speaking restaurant customers from remote EU time zones. You will own renewals, expansions, and net revenue retention, while running quarterly reviews in French and surfacing product-adoption gaps.
You will collaborate with Product on French-market feedback, read P&L KPIs in reviews, and drive cross-sell of Payments, KDS, Inventory, and E-Menu.
