French Speaking Customer Success Specialist | Sofia, Bulgaria

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Success Specialist to guide customers through onboarding and ensure they gain maximum value from the platform. This role focuses on customer onboarding, product demonstrations, and driving adoption — not sales. What You'll Do

• Conduct customer onboarding sessions and product orientation
• Deliver demos and presentations using prepared materials
• Help customers implement the solution over a 5–10 week adoption period
• Tailor the platform setup to customer needs
• Monitor customer adoption and engagement rates
• Share best practices to ensure successful product usage
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

What We're Looking For

• C1/C2 French (mandatory)
• English B2 or higher
• Comfortable presenting and speaking on camera
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Technically confident with digital tools and platforms
• Ability to guide customers through structured onboarding processes

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,687.26/month (×12)
• Quarterly Bonus: €728.59

Estimated total compensation:

• €1,687 – €1,930+ monthly equivalent depending on bonus

Relocation (Sofia)

• Relocation support for work permitted candidates
• Up to €250 travel reimbursement after 6 months
• 10 nights hotel accommodation in Sofia city center (breakfast included)
