This Multilingual Services Customer Support Specialist role in Lisbon, Portugal is open to French-speaking candidates willing to relocate.

You'll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
