French-Speaking CSM (EMEA) – After-Sales

Kardex AutoStore is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead after-sales projects across the EMEA region. You will support customers, maintain relationships, and drive service improvements while ensuring contractual and financial outcomes.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage change requests, and identify new service opportunities. Fluency in English and French, with willingness to travel about 40%, is required.
