French Onboarding & Customer Success Lead (Paris)

Airwallex is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to own the first 90 days of the onboarding journey for French customers. You will configure and activate accounts, payments, FX, cards, Spend and payouts, coordinating with KYC, Support, Risk and Product to remove blockers.

You’ll work from the Paris office a minimum of three days per week and collaborate with Account Executives and Managers to reach revenue targets while ensuring a fast time‑to‑live and strong customer outcomes.
