French Market Customer Success Lead

Spendesk is seeking a Customer Success professional based in Paris to manage a portfolio of 120–150 French-speaking mid-market customers. You will build strong relationships with Finance leaders, advise on best practices, and lead regular reviews to ensure adoption, value realization, and renewal success.

You’ll collaborate with Account Managers on expansion opportunities and act as the voice of the customer to Product and Marketing. Fluency in French and professional English are essential.
