Position: Bilingual French Generalist Expert — AI SafetyType: Contract Compensation: $48–$52/hour Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in French across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.
• Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model safety .
• Collaborate with teams to ensure cultural sensitivity and accuracy in AI model outputs .

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native fluency in French . Business-level written English .
• A Bachelor's degree , completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

• Based in France or the wider Western Europe region.
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
