Your Mission

• Lead a team of trust and safety analysts monitoring online content, resolving escalated cases, and ensuring high compliance with platform policies.
• Coach and develop your team , nurturing both their technical performance and their well-being in a challenging but meaningful space.
• Analyze trends and proactively optimize workflows, quality metrics, and training needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with policy, quality assurance, and global operations teams.

What You Bring

• Full professional fluency in French (C1 / C2) and English (B2 or higher)
• Experience in content moderation, digital operations, or compliance
• Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence especially when navigating sensitive content
• Ability to inspire trust, manage team dynamics, and deliver under pressure
