About the Role

We are looking for Technical Support Advisors to join our multilingual team in Lisbon. As a Technical Support Advisor, you will provide speedy, personalised solutions to a wide range of customers through inbound calls, chat or e‑mail in the after‑sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients via inbound calls, chat or e‑mail, answering inquiries and attending potential requests.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customers’ complaints.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Give real‑time, accurate information that empowers customers to make decisions.
  • Listen to the customers’ unique situation and acknowledge their needs.
  • Go beyond the customer’s service expectations so they remember and share their great experience.

Qualifications

  • Native in French (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Patience when communicating and solving issues.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated and a great team player.
  • Ability to multitask, work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Can treat all data and personal information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Customer oriented and able to adapt to different types of people.

Requirements

Non‑EU residents must have a valid work permit for Portugal to be considered for employment.
