French Customer Success Manager — Drive Adoption & Retention

Darktrace is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the French market. You will guide customers throughout their journey, ensuring rapid time-to-value and success during the contract lifecycle. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 days a week in our Paris office.

The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, with experience in Customer Success or similar roles, and strong stakeholder management skills. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.
