French Customer Success Lead – SaaS & Legal AI

Lexroom is building the platform where legal work gets done. We are expanding in France and seek a Customer Success Manager to own the full French customer portfolio from onboarding to renewal, focusing on retention and growth.

You will drive proactive CS motions, upsell opportunities, and be the single point of contact for French customers, gathering feedback for Product and Marketing. Native French and fluent English are required.
