Job Description:
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Lisbon. You will provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries in French (and occasionally in English)

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

• Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in French

• Good level of English (B1+ or higher)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• EU passport or eligibility to work in Portugal
