Job Title: French-Speaking Customer Service Agent

• Base Salary: 900/month paid over 14 months

• Performance Bonus: Up to 100/month paid over 12 months

• Language Bonus: 55/month paid over 12 months

• Welcome Bonus: 3,000 (paid after successful onboarding terms apply)

In this role, youll support French-speaking customers with their insurance needs, policy questions, and claims. • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in French

• Provide accurate information about insurance services and policies

• Resolve inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

• Collaborate with other teams for complex issue resolution

• Follow internal procedures and regulatory compliance guidelines

• Fluent French (spoken and written)

• Good level of English

• Experience in customer service or insurance is an asset

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work rotational shifts (Monday to Friday)
