French and English speaking Marketing Manager (H/F)

Location: Nîmes, France

Hybrid work 3 days a week in the office

Salary: up to €45,000 per annum plus benefits

The company: An international manufacturer in the home improvement sector with a key focus on sustainability.

Main Duties

• To develop the company’s presence in France through targeted marketing campaigns and localised content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cohesive marketing strategy to enhance the company's digital presence in the region
• Manage and grow social media channels, creating ideas, briefs and localised content suitable for each platform
• Monitor content engagement and channel performance, and suggest improvement strategies
• Organise and schedule exhibition/event attendance in order to boost the company's presence
• Liaise with the General Manager to ensure content is aligned with sales strategies, campaigns and commercial objectives
• Create high quality content for the French website, keeping search engine optimisation as a priority
• Liaise with the digital marketing team, agencies and freelancers to coordinate and schedule campaign launches
• Provide weekly reports on demand generation, campaign success and brand awareness

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) – Essential
• Experience in creative marketing, content creation and social media management – Essential
• Strong knowledge of content creation platforms (e.g., Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
• Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
