French Accounts Manager
We are seeking an exceptional account manager to help shape and support the next phase of growth, ensuring the implementation of the company’s sales strategy. Your primary mission will be to develop the business in the French region.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
You will report directly to the Global Territory Manager and work within a matrix organization with sector, channel, and support teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for opening and managing high-performing retail locations. Your key performance indicators (KPIs) will be revenue-based, ensuring that our products receive the full support and competitiveness needed to increase the company’s market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Surpassing budget/driving revenue growth at Accounts through the execution of close partnership strategies combined with 360° consumer-oriented sales; marketing approaches.
- Build strong relationships; work with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to deliver against Sales and Profitability Targets (Brand/Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Channel/Industry sales, After Sales, Compliance; Legal, ).
- Identifying/launching/conducting efficiency projects within the zone.
- Leadership role in creating and executing retailers multi product lines annual forecast, business plans, promotional plans.
- Direct marketing tactics if required.
- Accountable to build and update sales forecasting plan monthly.
- Daily Monitoring of performance by market, by product, in relation to budgets and each retailer specifically.
- Optimize efficiencies: manage and maintain inputs into all systems; align with internal teams regarding customer solicitation timing, materials, and needs; manage promotional activity to maximize ROI and anticipate far in advance key events.
- Create opportunities to meet; exceed the market, Be an expert on the product, the customer, and the consumer; Understand the competition around pricing, product, and placement – and using this to guide retailers towards a competitive strategy.
Profile & Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in partner sales management gained in France.
- Online and multi-channel strong Sales Experience.
- Successful commercial negotiation expertise in Household Appliances or fast-moving “ABC” consumer goods experience.
- Experience with and knowledge of EU retailer trade environment essential (physical and digital).
- Leadership in a commercial environment. Autonomous Do’er.
- Travel frequently.
- Fluent English and French.
