Cambridge for Global Training is seeking a highly experienced freelance trainer to deliver an executive-level course titled Vendor Qualification, Performance, and Contract Compliance Management in Paris .

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Vendor Qualification, Performance, and Contract Compliance Management course in line with the approved curriculum and learning objectives
- Prepare, customise, and develop all training materials, presentations, case studies, exercises, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate all course‑related activities with Cambridge for Global Training before and during the programme
- Receive, manage, and verify all shipped training materials, documentation, or equipment prior to the course
- Handle on‑site logistics coordination, including training room setup, materials arrangement, and session readiness
- Ensure high‑quality course delivery in line with professional and executive training standards
- Facilitate interactive discussions, practical exercises, and real‑world case studies
- Maintain effective session flow, time management, and participant engagement throughout the programme
Course Coverage Requirements:
The trainer must be able to confidently deliver all course units, including:
- Vendor qualification principles, criteria, and assessment methodologies
- Vendor performance monitoring frameworks and KPIs
- Contract compliance management and legal and regulatory considerations
- Vendor relationship management and conflict resolution strategies
- Risk management, mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement in vendor management
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, vendor management, contract management, or operations
- Proven experience delivering vendor management, procurement, or contract compliance training programmes
- Strong knowledge of vendor qualification processes, performance evaluation tools, and contract compliance frameworks
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile:
- Background in procurement, supply chain, operations, or consulting firms
- Practical experience managing vendor contracts, performance reviews, audits, and risk mitigation
- Experience working with international vendors and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Availability to be physically present in Paris during the course dates
