Freelance Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Luxury & Contemporary Fashion

Bernd Schürmann Agency is a leading distribution agency for designer and contemporary fashion brands across the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Our portfolio includes internationally renowned brands such as AGNONA, LANVIN, ERDEM, SALONI, PERFECT MOMENT and other premium luxury and contemporary labels.

To support our international sales teams, we are currently looking for experienced Freelance Sales Managers (m/f/d) to join us during our seasonal sales campaigns in Milan and Paris.

Your Profile

• Several years of proven experience within the luxury and first-line designer segment, ideally gained in mono-brand or multi-brand showrooms in Milan and/or Paris.
• Strong sales expertise and a successful track record in luxury fashion wholesale.
• Excellent knowledge of customers and buyers within the DACH market.
• Ability to confidently sell both womenswear and menswear collections.
• Familiarity with all common order management systems and wholesale platforms.
• Fluent English is required; German, French and/or Italian are considered a strong advantage.
• Professional communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
