Freelance - Sales Admin Manager / Gestionnaire ADV - (F/H)

This is a full-time freelance mission, based in our offices in Paris (75010). The desired start date is mid-April, and the mission runs until the end of July. The role requires the candidate to be available on-site and fully dedicated for the entire duration.

Job Description :

You will join the finance team composed of André (CFO), Thibault (Financial Planning & Analysis Manager) and Christ (Finance Ops Apprentice). The Freelance Sales Admin Manager will be responsible for all client invoicing and will ensure continuity of operations until our new Sales Admin Manager arrives in mid‑July.

• Manage the multi‑country client invoicing and factoring process.
• Oversee the full collection process, including legal proceedings when necessary.
• Measure and analyze key financial and operational KPIs.
• Handle and resolve client claims and disputes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement & automation of financial operations processes.
• Be the billing referent for other teams and share reliable figures with the finance team.
• Work with the accounting team on monthly and annual closings.
