Freelance KYC/KYB Supervisor & Team Coach

Swan seeks a highly experienced KYC Supervisor (Freelance) to lead and grow our KYC/KYB team. You will conduct thorough reviews, handle complex edge cases, and stay current with regulatory changes while coaching and training the team.

You will also drive process improvements across cross-functional partners to ensure scalable, compliant operations. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in KYC/AML, strong AML/CFT knowledge, and proven leadership.
