Freelance Communications & Employee Engagement Consultant | Bilingual FR/EN | Ongoing Retainer

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a talented freelance consultant to join us on a retainer basis.

About this role

We're looking for a bilingual communications expert to operate as a trusted right hand to Carolyn. You'll work across the full communications mix, from editorial and digital content to employee campaigns, executive messaging, and social media. The mission: deliver culturally intelligent communications work across multiple clients and formats.

What you’ll work on

• Internal communications campaigns and messaging frameworks
• Content and copywriting in French and English (leadership notes, newsletters, strategic decks)
• Employee engagement strategy and activation
• Presentation design, speaker notes, and executive messaging
• Social media content and strategy, including short-form video; comfortable conceiving and producing content independently
• LinkedIn and editorial content for agency and client use
• On-site presence with clients (typically a 1-2 days per week depending on the project)

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in corporate communications and project management, within a communications agency, PR agency, or similar in-house role
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
• Confident presenting and communicating with senior stakeholders and top management
• Autonomous and agile, with the ability to move projects forward independently and find effective solutions without being asked
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, and quick to react, with strong anticipation and adaptability skills
• A strategic mindset paired with a genuine curiosity and passion for the field of communications
• An eye for visual aesthetics and design
• Based in Paris, France

Nice to have

• Familiarity with intranets and enterprise social networks
• Experience with Google Analytics
