We’ve built a loyal following in the German market and we’re now accelerating growth, increasing brand share, and deepening consumer connections through high-performance influencer campaigns. Responsibilities

• Expand and optimize influencer marketing campaigns across France.
• Drive performance at scale through data-led, ROI-focused strategies.
• Collaborate with top creators in the France region to boost visibility, conversions, and brand affinity.
• Work cross-functionally with creative and paid teams to integrate influencer content into broader marketing funnels.
• Continuously analyze performance and iterate based on insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing performance-driven influencer marketing in the DACH region.
• Fluent in German and English – both written and verbal.
• Strong network and prior collaborations with top-tier France influencers, across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Confident managing six-figure monthly budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
• Deep knowledge of the social and cultural landscape across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
