Function

To support the growth of our activities and upcoming training projects across France, we are expanding our community of freelance English trainers.

We are looking for freelance English trainers who can deliver face-to-face language training in major cities throughout France, depending on client demand.

Your role

• Deliver English language training to business professionals using the CERAN Method, focused on spoken communication.
• Deliver engaging one-to-one and small-group training sessions.
• Adapt lessons to learners' professional objectives and language needs.
• Apply the CERAN Method. A comprehensive initial training programme is provided.
• Assess learners' language level at the beginning and end of each training programme.
• Integrate relevant cultural aspects of the English-speaking world into your training.

Profile

• You are a native English speaker or have CEFR C2-level proficiency, with an excellent command of English grammar, spelling and written communication.
• You enjoy helping adult professionals develop their communication skills.
• You easily adapt your teaching approach to different learner profiles and objectives.
• You are comfortable using digital tools and completing pedagogical follow-up documentation.
• You are registered as a freelancer (or in the process of registering) and hold a French Numéro de Déclaration d'Activité (NDA), or are willing to obtain one.
• You are available to deliver face-to-face training in your city or region in France.
• Regular weekday availability is an advantage.
• Previous experience teaching business professionals is appreciated.

Languages

English: Native speaker or CEFR C2-level proficiency, with an excellent command of English grammar, spelling and written communication and able to share the country’s culture.
