Freelance Content Editor

We are looking for detail‑oriented and proactive freelance CMS Administrators. You will be responsible for delivering and administering content management services across a range of platforms, ensuring high‑quality, accurate, and timely updates for our clients.

You’ll work with a variety of Content Management Systems including Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, Ektron, as well as supporting updates across platforms like YouTube and Wikipedia.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and configure new web pages within various CMS platforms
• Upload and manage content including text, images, videos, and infographics
• Test and ensure content displays and functions correctly across webpages
• Collaborate with Account Management teams and communicate directly with clients when required
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their current and future needs are met
• Work towards and support client KPIs and business objectives
• Deliver all tasks on time and to a high standard
• Follow internal processes, procedures, and external compliance requirements
• Provide support and cover for team members when necessary
• Carry out ad‑hoc duties as required

Essential Skills & Experience

• Excellent IT skills with strong proficiency in Adobe tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to follow processes while also working independently
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify and overcome challenges
• Strong project management and customer service skills
• A keen interest in digital marketing
• Native‑level proficiency in a language other than English
• Understanding of online marketing and web development principles
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as AEM, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento or Ektron

Desirable Skills

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS
