IHRE AUFGABEN
- Sie vertreten den Auftraggeber als verantwortliche Ansprechperson auf der Baustelle am CERN-Standort.
- Aufbau und Leitung eines projektspezifischen Baustellenteams mit klaren Zuständigkeiten und Berichtswegen.
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung aller Anforderungen in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit (HSE), Qualitätssicherung (QA/QC) und Risikobewertung gemäß den projekt- und cernspezifischen Standards.
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Baustellenabwicklung, einschließlich Arbeiten in unterirdischen Kavernen (~80 m Tiefe) sowie in oberirdischen Gebäuden (SHM17, SD17, US17).
- Koordination sämtlicher Bauaktivitäten und Subunternehmer, insbesondere im Bereich mechanische Montage, Rohrleitungsbau, Stahlbau, Korrosionsschutz, Isolierung und grundlegende E&I-Installationen.
- Überwachung der Einhaltung von Projektzeitplan, Budgetvorgaben und technischen Anforderungen.Durchführung und Dokumentation regelmäßiger Baustellenbegehungen (HSE, QA/QC, Kosten, Termin).
- Verantwortung für Logistik und Lagerverwaltung einschließlich Wareneingangskontrolle.
- Leitung regelmäßiger Fortschritts- und Koordinationsbesprechungen mit allen Projektbeteiligten.
- Prüfung und Freigabe von Baustellendokumentationen: Fortschrittsberichte, Nachtragsangebote, Rechnungen der Subunternehmer, Mängelanzeigen und Bautagebuch.
- Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebsetzung und mechanischen Fertigstellung.
- Schnittstellenkoordination mit CERN-Mitarbeitenden, Notfalldiensten und Behörden.
- Sicherstellung eines ordentlichen, sicheren und dokumentierten Baustellenbetriebs vom Start bis zur Übergabe.
IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Industriebaustellen, idealerweise im EPC-Umfeld.
- Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung bei Großprojekten mit technischen Installationen in unterirdischer Umgebung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Baustellenkoordination und Schnittstellensteuerung über verschiedene Gewerke hinweg.
- Umfassendes Verständnis der einschlägigen HSE-Vorgaben, insbesondere im internationalen Forschungsumfeld.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern oder wissenschaftlichen Institutionen (z.B. CERN) ist von Vorteil.
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Französisch- oder Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
