About the Role: GenAI models are improving rapidly. As an AI Tutor in Biology, you will collaborate on projects to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.

Responsibilities:

• Generate prompts that challenge AI.
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI's answers.
• Correct the model's responses based on your domain‑specific knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics & Genomics, Physiology, Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Developmental Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics & Computational Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Agricultural & Plant Biology, Marine Biology, Environmental Biology, Neuroscience, Synthetic Biology, Systems Biology, Structural Biology, Evolutionary Developmental Biology (Evo‑Devo), or Quantitative Biology.
• Advanced level of English (C1) or above.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience using NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
• Strong ability to design creative and diverse problems, particularly those that are computationally intensive.
• Ready to learn new methods and switch between tasks and topics quickly, sometimes dealing with challenging, complex guidelines.
• The role is fully remote; you just need a laptop, internet connection, and time available.
