Within this broader transformation, the Fraud Management Program has already been launched and our client is now looking for a Fraud Management Consultant to support its deployment and operationalization across the platforms.
The objective of the mission is to establish the governance model, deploy a fraud detection platform, define fraud detection logic per product line, and operationalize a business‑led fraud management framework.
The consultant will operate within the Strategic Platforms Product Security team, in close collaboration with platform security leads, product and business teams, and the Group Information Security function. The consultant will act as a technical enabler, helping business and product teams take ownership of fraud management while ensuring the right technical foundation and governance are in place.

- Coordinating onboarding with platform security leads and engineering teams.
- Ensuring operational readiness and effective handover to business and platform owners.
Business Process Analysis and Detection Logic
The consultant will work with product and business teams to document business processes per product line and define the behaviours that represent genuine and suspicious activity. The mission includes:
- Mapping key transaction flows and business rules.
- Building a knowledge base to support investigation and tuning.
- Prioritizing the first detection use cases on the most material platforms by transaction volume.
Fraud Governance Framework
The consultant will help define the Fraud Governance Framework, with a business‑led model at its core. The mission includes:
- Establishing the operating model of the Strategic Platform Fraud team.
- Contributing to risk appetite principles by product line.
- Designing the fraud KPI/KRI dashboard.
- Ensuring fraud performance metrics are visible to product teams alongside business indicators.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work in close collaboration with platform security leads, product teams, and business stakeholders to drive technical implementation across all platforms.
- Feed progress updates and risk flags into the program governance cadence led by the Program Manager.
