France Territory Manager – Rare Diseases & Growth

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. in France is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee accounts and drive commercial operations in the country. You will lead marketing activities, manage relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and distributors, and promote BioMarin’s products in the assigned territory.

Under the direction of the Sales Manager and Country Manager, you will travel up to 70% of your time, develop strong customer contacts, and ensure compliant promotional activities across the market.
