An established international technology group is seeking a Service Operations Manager in Paris to lead and transform customer service operations across France. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical service management and experience with multi-site organisations. This senior leadership role offers a competitive salary of up to 85,000€ per annum, plus bonuses and a company car. Hybrid work with predominantly on-site presence is expected, as well as regular travel within France.
